The Rev. Arianne Rice, Rector
Arianne has been leading and serving with the people of Good Shepherd since 2011. She has a passion for preaching, teaching and engaging with people around questions of purpose and faith. Arianne is a Certified Daring Way Facilitator™ in the work of Brené Brown on courage and vulnerability and leads workshops throughout the area. Prior to moving to Baltimore she served as the Associate Rector at St. Philip’s in Durham, NC and received her Masters of Divinity at General Seminary in New York. Before becoming ordained Arianne worked in advertising and marketing in online media.

Kim Chalmers, Finance Manager
Kim has been with Good Shepherd since 2010. Her position has grown from responsibilities for budget and finance to include stewardship, annual giving, and overseeing the Good Shepherd campus and building. She has also worked as Finance Manager for our Day School so she knows everything about our community! A native Australian her husband is a tennis pro.

Kait Lengyel, Parish Administrator
Kait moved to Baltimore in 2017 as an Episcopal Service Corps Member. Her worksite at the Cathedral of the Incarnation hired her on and then promoted her to the Director of Ministry Support. She grew up in Rhode Island and studied Digital Music and Anthropology at Roger Williams University. Kait has a passion for sharing the mission and ministries of church communities through the use and support of technology, communications and design.

Ann Marie Sears, Nursery Caregiver
Ann staffs our nursery during our 10 am service. Ann Marie has been a teacher at the Good Shepherd School for the last four years and she’s excited to be joining us on Sunday mornings!

Robert Woodward, Sunday Sexton
Robert is often the first face you will see to welcome you on a Sunday morning and coordinates our Sunday activities and weekday receptions.
